Order Processing: Can take up to 24 hours

Sizing: Standardized US size system and manual measurement

Shipping: Generally it takes 7-12 working days to all the world by DHL/FedEx/UPS

Cancellation: We accept order cancellation before shipment. Once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be cancelled. It is important to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that all details are correct. If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

If the item is defective, Saeroyzio House will actively deal with such incidents and requests the customer's help. The customer should notify Saeroyzio House within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective. The customer should then send a photo of the defective item to the sale manager by online live chat or email. Saeroyzio House will make a partial refund to the customer's original payment method. If Saeroyzio House cannot identify the issue, all items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

Saeroyzio House accepts returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee, which will be based on the express company chosen. However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to Saeroyzio House's reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
